Printed Fair Guide

The Fair Guide is an effective print media publication through which you can reach visitors interested in the industry covered by the fair and the latest developments/offerings in the sector.

It is a visitors' guide presenting the exhibitors (company and contact information in Fair Catalogue) and general information on the fair (including the opening times and programme).

The Fair Guide is usually distributed free of charge to visitors at the entrance to the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre. In many cases, the guide is also distributed prior to the fair (e.g. as an insert in magazines or newspapers, direct mailing).

As an exhibitor, your company information will be included in the guide free of charge.

Additional visibility is available for a fee. Publicity options include: logo, advertising space, row of text and possible tailored solutions.

  • The logo captures the reader's gaze, giving the text broader exposure. Adding the logo to your own company information will differentiate you, at a reasonable price.
  • Your own advertisement is the most effective way of drawing attention in the Fair Guide. Remember to include your stand number, to make it easier for visitors to find you. After the fair, many visitors keep the guide and use it as a directory for the industry.
  • Using additional text for your entry, you can give further information on your firm's products and services.
  • Further information on fees for additional publicity is available from the fair-specific information given on FairNet.
