Terms of payment
Applicable VAT will be added to prices. Terms 14 days net, unless otherwise indicated. Late interest 16 %.
Orders which arrive 30 days before the fair will be charged as per our price list. Orders and changes which arrive later than this will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
Complaints shall be issued during the exhibition to the Exhibitor Service.
An invoicing charge of €10/invoice will be added if a new invoice has to be drafted because of changes to the contact details of your company. This invoice charge will also apply if the stand lease invoice of a joint exhibition section is split between several companies.
Terms of rental
The price for construction and furnishings covers the rental and installation and dismantling costs for the whole exhibition. In case an ordered product delivered to the stand is cancelled, The Finnish Fair Corporation reserves the right to charge full price.
Constructions and furnishings available for rent are intended for interior use only. Profile systems and standard wall elements are separate structures, which can not be combined. Objects may be fixed to standard wall elements with adhesives, screws and nails. Only decoration hooks may be attached to profile systems. The adhesives, screws and nails must be removed by the exhibitor. If they are not removed, The Finnish Fair Corporation reserves the right to charge the exhibitor the cost of their removal.
Charges for electricity include rental for installation material and fixtures, installation and dismantling. The basic connection fee, which includes electricity consumption, is charged according to the connection effect separately. If additional support channels, cable wires or other materials are needed for installing light fittings, busbars or other special work, a separate charge is made for materials and installation. Electrical installations in the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre will be carried out by Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy, a subcontractor to the Finnish Fair Corporation. Exhibitors’ electrical equipment must fulfil the requirements of the SFS 6000-7-711 standard. Power socket groups below 20 A must be furnished with 30 mA faulty current circuit breakers.
The prices for AV equipment include rental and the cost of installation and dismantling, if not otherwise mentioned.
The exhibitor will be expected to pay for damages or lost construction, furnishing, AV equipments and electrical fittings.
