Suspensions from the hall ceiling

For suspensions, installation drawings are needed, including information on the location, height, and the material to be suspended. Please provide the information to the event's Technical Coordinator at least 45 days before the start of the exhibition.

Suspending light decorations is possible in halls 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
Suspended items are not allowed in Hall 1.
All suspensions in Hall 7 are made with chain hoists and are carried out by SVV Oy.

Check the event's terms of participation for exhibition-specific instructions on constructions over the height of 250 cm and charges for additional advertising space. Constructions higher than 250 cm need to be approved by the event's Technical Coordinator 45 days prior to the event.

Decorations

Lightweight suspensions at your stand will be handled by the Finnish Fair Corporation staff. Place the order with, and deliver the information and required drawings to, the event's Technical Coordinator at least 45 days prior to the exhibition. Truss and light bar hangings

Truss and light bar hangings are to be ordered from SVV. For further information on hall-specific suspension possibilities, contact SVV.
