The Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre works closely with the City of Helsinki Tourist & Convention Bureau and with the Finland Convention Bureau. Together, we can do anything!

Part of the City of Helsinki’s administration, the Helsinki City Tourist & Convention Bureau promotes and develops Helsinki as a travel destination and provides visitors with information services. For congress professionals they offer:

• Information on meeting and banqueting facilities and accommodation 
• Contacts for holding meetings and incentive-driven service providers 
• Proposals for social programmes and pre/post tours 
• Familiarisation tours 
• Variety of brochures, image banks and other material for trade and visitors 
• Material for and assistance in delegate marketing 
• Co-ordination with trade organisations and the City of Helsinki
