Make a reservation to hold your next event or conference at our premises, and we will supply you with plenty of material about the Centre and its surroundings, including brochures, maps, pictures, a presentational DVD, a roll-up poster and a PowerPoint presentation.

Quotations
The Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre can provide, at no extra charge, a detailed tender for arranging your next conference or events, including information, if needed, on restaurants and additional services.

Preliminary reservations
Each event or conference is important to us. Therefore, we are able to make preliminary reservations years ahead without advance payment.

Floor plans of our facilities
The technical services department is at your service when you use our facilities. They are responsible for planning the layout of the event and arranging for the efficient use of the facilities to best suit your needs. Our technical services is a professional unit with years of experience in event planning.

We will come to your meeting when you decide on a venue
Our representatives will be happy to join you and to present the facilities and to speak on behalf of the city of Helsinki when it comes time for you to decide on your next event or congress venue.

Come for a site visit
Im cooperation with our partners, we will host a trip for you to Helsinki so that you may become familiar with our facilities and the surroundings. We will also gladly provide a full and interesting programme for your visit.

We will come to your preceding event
We will help you advertise your reserved event or conference already at your preceding event. We can create interest in the upcoming event or conference for instance by producing material to distribute at the event.  Alternatively, our representatives can be on hand to offer participants information about us and about the city of Helsinki itself.
